  • On a piece of paper, write the name of the book and why you want to read it. You will turn this in!

  • Talk to your neighbor and share the book you want to read.

Community Project

  • Using publicly available data, you will form in groups to answer the questions asked by the community partner.

  • All projects will require GIS work

  • Some projects are easier than others

  • All analysis must be conducted in R

  • Groups will have free-range of the analysis, but it must be related to the topic.

  • These are student-lead independent projects under the guidance of the professor.

  • The groups will be created by the professor.

  • The final product will be a scientific report.
